Will my daughter be able to work if she joins an H-1B husband in the US?
Not automatically. The spouse of an H-1B holder comes on an H-4 visa, and only some H-4 spouses can get work authorization, for example once the H-1B spouse has an approved I-140 immigrant petition. Ask about this before the engagement, not after.
